This is not grocery-store coffee. Every bean in this bag was roasted in a small weekly batch, cooled, rested, and packed at peak flavor. Because we roast fresh every week, please allow 3–5 business days for your coffee to be roasted, sealed, and shipped. The extra wait is worth it: you’ll taste the difference the moment you open the bag.
